The 9th edition of inter airport China, an influential international trade platform for the airport industry in the Asia-Pacific region, is set to take place from September 4 to 6, 2024, at the China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall) in Beijing.

Since the pre-registration channel opened, many domestic and international entities have eagerly signed up. We are honored to announce that Beijing Daxing International Airport has confirmed its group attendance at this year's event. Additionally, senior representative from Beijing Daxing International Airport will deliver a keynote speech at the 4th inter airport Exchange Conference held alongside the exhibition. As a representative of China's rapid and significant growth, Beijing Daxing International Airport plays a crucial role in driving the high-quality development of China's aviation industry and serves as a vital gateway for China’s integration into the global economy.

Located at the border of Beijing and Hebei, Beijing Daxing International Airport commenced operations on September 25, 2019. The construction period was less than five years, during which 103 new patents and technologies and 65 new processes and methods were developed and applied. It is the most integrated and technologically advanced 4F-class large international hub airport in the world.

Designed with a 2025 goal of handling 72 million passengers, 2 million tons of cargo, and 620,000 aircraft movements annually, the airport has built four runways and a 700,000-square-meter terminal. Its efficient "five vertical and two horizontal" transportation network enables swift connections, with the fastest journey from Xiong'an New Area or Beijing Caofang taking just 19 minutes. The airport has established city terminals in Caofang, Gu'an, Zhuozhou, and Langfang, with more planned for Beijing Lize and Hebei Xiong'an.

Since its opening, Beijing Daxing International Airport has won the ACI (Airports Council International) Best Hygiene Measures and Best Airport awards for two consecutive years. It also leads in digital capability (DCI) scores in China and is the first in China to achieve full-scale, all-weather application of A-SMGCS Level 4 lighting guidance. The proportion of clean energy vehicles on the airside reaches 79%, the highest in China. Additionally, it offers 100% full-process tracking of inbound and outbound baggage and operates China's first deicing fluid treatment and recycling facility.

Beijing Daxing International Airport has set multiple international and domestic records during its construction, including the world's largest seismic isolation terminal building and the first terminal with an underpass high-speed railway. It is also the first airport globally to achieve 100% use of new energy vehicles within its premises and is the highest renewable energy utilization hub in China.
